We want you to be happy with Squishly Pro. Here's how cancellations and refunds work.
Cancellations
You can cancel your Squishly Pro subscription at any time from your account or by emailing support@squishlyapp.com. When you cancel, your subscription stops renewing and you keep Pro access until the end of the current billing period. We don’t lock you in.
30-day money-back guarantee
If you’re not satisfied, you can request a full refund within 30 days of your initial purchase. Just email support@squishlyapp.com from the address on your account and we’ll process it.
Renewals
Subscriptions renew automatically. If you’re charged for a renewal you didn’t intend, contact us within 7 days of the charge and we’ll review it.
How refunds are issued
Payments and refunds are handled by Paddle, our Merchant of Record. Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method; the time to appear depends on your bank or card provider.
