What's the difference between Free and Pro?
Free covers everyday compress, convert and organize tasks. Pro adds the heavier, higher-quality tools — text-preserving PDF compression, large files, big batches, priority processing — and a monthly allowance of AI credits.
How do AI credits work?
AI features use credits so costs stay predictable. You'll need a free account to use AI (that's how credits are tracked). Free includes 4 credits a month; Pro includes 200. Each AI action shows its credit cost before you run it, and you can top up anytime. The everyday compress/convert/organize tools need no account at all.
What happens if I run out of credits?
The free and Pro non-AI tools keep working as normal — only AI actions pause until your credits refresh next month or you top up.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Cancel whenever you like and you keep Pro until the end of your billing period. No lock-in.
Do you offer refunds?

Is my payment secure?
Checkout is handled by Paddle, our payment provider and Merchant of Record. We never see or store your card details, and Paddle handles taxes for you.
Are my files private?
Many tools process your files right on your computer. For the tools that need our servers, files are processed only to perform the task you asked for and are removed afterward — never used to train anything.
