Frequently asked questions
- How do I choose the number of rows and columns?
- Match the shape of your image to your paper. A portrait picture printed on portrait pages works well as 3×3 or 4×4; a landscape picture suits more columns than rows. More tiles means a bigger poster.
- How do I keep it sharp?
- Start from the largest version of the image you have. Each page gets an equal share of the pixels, so a small photo split across many pages will look soft up close.
- Do the tiles overlap?
- No — they're cut edge to edge. Print each tile with "fit to page" turned off if your printer allows it, trim the white margins, and line the edges up before taping.
- Are my files uploaded to a server?
- No. Everything runs entirely in your browser — your files never leave your device.
