Terms of Service

Last updated: 1 July 2026

These terms govern your use of Squishly (the “Service”), operated by Mohammad Yaser Mohammad Abu-Odeh. By using the Service you agree to them.

1. The Service

Squishly provides online tools to compress, convert, and organize files (documents, images, and video), some of which include AI-assisted features. Some tools run entirely in your browser; others are processed on our servers to perform the task you request.

2. Accounts & eligibility

You must be able to form a binding contract to use paid features. You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your credentials secure.

3. Plans, billing & Merchant of Record

Squishly offers a Free plan and a paid Pro plan ($8/month, or $72/year). Payments are processed by Paddle, our authorised reseller and Merchant of Record. Paddle handles the transaction, billing, and applicable taxes. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled; you can cancel anytime and retain access until the end of the current billing period.

4. Refunds

Refunds are handled in line with our Refund & Cancellation Policy, which includes a voluntary money-back guarantee on new subscriptions.

Squishly Pro gives you immediate access to a digital service. By starting to use Pro immediately after purchase, you request that we begin providing it right away and acknowledge that any statutory “cooling-off” withdrawal right ceases to apply once you have started using the service — except where such a right cannot be waived under your local law.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Service to:

  • upload or process content you do not have the right to use;
  • process unlawful, infringing, or harmful material;
  • attempt to disrupt, overload, abuse, or reverse-engineer the Service;
  • resell or automate access in violation of fair-use limits.

6. Your content

You retain all rights to the files you process. We do not claim ownership of your content and do not use it to train AI models. Files processed on our servers are used only to perform the requested task and are then removed. See our Privacy Policy.

7. “Proof of Fidelity” reports

Our fidelity reports describe what we measured about a conversion or compression. They are provided for information only and are not a warranty or certification that the output is identical to the input.

8. Disclaimers & liability

The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Mohammad Yaser Mohammad Abu-Odeh is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, or for any loss of data. Always keep your own copies of important files.

9. Changes

We may update these terms; material changes will be reflected by the “last updated” date. Continued use means you accept the updated terms.

10. Governing law & contact

These terms are governed by the laws of Jordan. Questions? Contact us at support@squishlyapp.com.
